Guess what? my score I'm ranked 67 with a score of 67.69. Yes, that marks is very low, but its just enough to beat, Chai Wei! A new friend of mine in Unimap. xD

Than Hsiang Food Fair 2009

Its the Than Hsiang annual Food Fair!!! This year my parents are having a stall there again, just that this time, Its much larger than the one we had years ago. 3 stalls!!! But its not as easy as moving stocks to your stall and sell them on the very day.

There were a lot of preparations to do!!!

Last night, we had family friends over to help out with the labeling.

We were done labeling at 10pm. With this many manpower, we manage to finish all the above in an hour. Quite fast if you ask me

After all the preparations, we reach Than Hsiang at 7.30pm to set up the stall, arrange and move the stocks.

Red bean soup, homemade beancurd and 'Kee Chang' (my mom was up all night till 2am to steam those)

Vegetarian meat Fibre, vegetarian Chicken leg, vegetarian 'sambal hebe' and vegetarian 'ikan bilis'

These are books donated by a book supplier and are sold as RM1 while the cost is actually RM3.90

These are also toys and notebooks donated by the book supplier

This is my dad's Thit Ta Alcohol (use to apply on blueblack areas, work wonders!!), and my mom's garbage enzyme (use for waching)

Before its 9am (the actual purchasing time starts), there's a lady and his standard 1 son. Her mom spotted the exercise books for sale. And surely, nobody likes to be told to do homework when they expect to have fun and the day off. The kid started whining!!! He kicks and hit his mother as she was choosing the exercise books. To keep him quiet, the mother told him she's buying for other people. Only then he settles down momentarily, but later he notice it was for him and he hits his mom harder, kids these days are really wild. I myself will not like it, but I won't hit my mom or even protest in public.

After Zuga finish taking pictures downstairs, we went to the 5th floor. As I heard there's a function on the 5th floor, to my surprise, its empty. Oh well, we sat down by the side and chat. While waiting for the Balik Pulau NS candidates to arrive, which I heard they're arriving at 2pm.

Around 1.45pm, I urge the guys to head down to wait, but that's when we heard noise from the stairs. We took a look and.... People in blue shirt were walking up the stairs!!! And to our surprise, we saw Kenny!!! Not much of a surprise as we were there to see Kenny.

Quit moving!!! Hahaha.... Really excited to see him again. This time he have nothing to hide his botak head

Around 1.30pm, we are sold out. Even though the food fair ends at 3pm, but we don't have anything to sell and the crowd dispersed. And so we close our stall and head home.

28th of March - Sorry Earth...

It was Earth day that day, sadly I did not turn off the lights. Cause I was at work. Didn't notice the time pass by as we were super busy on weekends. Despite short of staff, everybody are rushing like mad.

Sorry Earth, I sincerely apologize. But I heard they said Queensbay did cooperate and turned off the main lights for an hour? Don't ask me about it, I was working. Hehehe...

The other day had another split shift or you could say a 3 hours break. I've watched all the interesting movies available at GSC. So, decided to try the sorbet during my break

Now that I think of it, a cow eating an orange isn't logic. Hahaha...

20th of March - Sending the guys to NS

That day, had a full shift of 12pm to 4 pm, then from 7pm to 11pm again. Despite the long hours, I still woke up early in the morning and made it to PISA. Took off at 9.o0am, on the road buses that sends candidates to NS are spotted.

After I got there, I have no clue where to go meet up with Zuga. I can only contact Zuga, as I did not inform the others I'm going. It was suppose to be a surprise for Kenny, Lee Huai and Chia Wei. So, took a few pictures before I meet up with them.

Buses are parked inside of PISA, just waiting for the chosen candidates to get on.

After calling Zuga a few times, finally got him on the line. He told me the location and headed to where Zuga, Kenny and Adrian is. Besides Kenny, Jian Thyn was also on the same bus.

15th of March - Went out with the guys

Before Lee Huai, Chia Wei and Kenny go for NS. We planned another outing to group together again. Sadly it was a Sunday. I bugged and bugged Candy to let me off on that Sunday and ended up promising her a Mc flurry ice cream. But I was all worth it, we sang like mad in Red Box. Really had a great time that day. When they arrive in the room, I hugged those 3 first as they are leaving us for 3 whole months. Had a little chat about what to studay and where to study. And hong Yong complaint to me about Sushi King's working system. It seems that Sakae Sushi is cheaper and better than Sushi King. That thought is from the comments I heard from people. For the record, I dine in Sushi King once only.

Zuga said he is treating us to lunch that day, but we had difficulty choosing the place to eat. As there were almost 7 of us, we tried to choose someplace economical. We thought of Kim Gary, but it was packed with people and we even need to wait in line. We don't have the time, as we're catching a movie after lunch. Therefore, we went to the same old place. Chopper Board!!!

After lunch, we went for a journey out of this world! The race to Witch mountain

The effects are realistic, characters are definitely nice. But the plot is so plain... 2 kids from other planet doing all they can to stop an invasion... But there's one thing I like about the movie. The capabilities of the girl to read others thoughts and to communicate with any living thing. If I had that power, I could understand you better... Haiz...

After the movie, we all agreed, we don't like it. Then we headed to the guy's favorite place. CYC. Once again, I stood aside watching them dance plus waiting for the time to pass...

Hong Yong's max combo was 200++!!! Is that good? I don't play, so i don't know. xD

I certainly had fun that day!!!

12th of March - The day the SPM results are out

Sorry for this super late post. Had full shift for the past few weeks. I would be worn out when I reach home each day. Even if I online, I couldn't wait for the pictures to be uploaded.

12th of March, Thursday
Surprisingly, I wasn't nervous at all that day. In fact, I was rather calm. As I'm aware that no matter what I do now, nothing can change the upcoming results. On the way to CLHS, my dad asked me, "How many do you think you'll get?" Thinking carefully then answered, "5". My dad was quite shocked, "So little? Don't scare me lar" And in the end, that's really how many I get in the end.

Here are my results, they are not really good, but I don't detest it. I did my best.

After getting my results, sms my dad, mom and my aunt. They were quite happy with it. Looked for Aaron, as he is fetching me and a few others to Gurney. While searching for Aaron, call my friends from other schools. I called Janet first. She haven't get her result then. Later, called her again. She was sad. I thought she did badly. Actually she got 9As. Which is double mine, luckily she was ok soon after.

While waiting for Aaron's car to come back from CGL, me, Aaron, and some others jump into the crowd where the reporters are taking pictures for the papers. Haha... We were like hungry animals trying to grab a piece of meat. After Choon Lin was back with the car, Aaron drove us all to Gurney. In the car, there's Muan Hoy, Kar Wei, Choon Lin, Andrew, me, Mindy (Aaron's gf) and of course Aaron (Driver of the day).

Before reaching Gurney, we stopped by One Stop for awhile. And the while became a long while. We waited at the no parking zone for almost half an hour. We were waiting for Muan Hoy to change his wireless mouse (As the one he bought was spoilt). I've actually booked tickets for 12.30pm, but we arrived late to collect it and watch a 2.20pm movie instead. Went to the Korean BBQ chicken for lunch, as Aaron have some vouchers. Just after entering the restaurant, I saw some familiar faces passes by the window, then its comfirmed it is those 3. Went out to give them a surprise and looks like it turn out to a shock more than a surprise. Ordered a few dishes, and they were really slow. They serve their dish one by one. We couldn't wait and we all shared each dishes, no matter whose is it. Hahaha...

After lunch, we watched the movie Love Matters again... Haiz... I've watched it before, but at least I could laugh at the jokes now. After the movie, headed to Queensbay as I still have work at 7pm. And the guys continue with the movie sex drive and Aaron watch Marley and Me at night...

Tomorrow, I'll need saving

Tomorrow... Is the day... All SPM students have been waiting for tomorrow. Where the results are finally out. Some are happy its finally here, and some aren't (I'm definitely one of them) Sad, cause my happy days are gone after the results are out, and the serious 'decision' making have to be done.

Just here to Wish everyone, good luck with their results!!! Things will be different from this point on!

Yesterday, watched this movie:

Love matters...

It's definitely one of Jack Neo's masterpieces.. It was super funny, very true. But that's at the same time its the reason i dislike it. It speaks the truth. How can you do this to me? I just finished spm and wanted to start only... haiz... oh well, just have to live with it. ANd special thanks to Shan Hui and Kwang Soon to come Queensbay accompany me watch it, while they have no intention of watching it.

Yesterday watched

The Punisher II Warzone

It was my first 18 rated movie... muahaha... Watched it with Choong Tze, Yi Shyan, Chee Seng and Chew Wei. When we are at our seats, a guy behind us already started sleeping... I'm sorry, I meant snoring... Sweat.. It haven't even entered the good part!!

Before entering the cinema, met Violette outside she said she can't sleep well after watching that movie. xD After watching it, It's quite ok, just that they target the head, and the effects of head smashing like a watermelon and all that was really realistic. creepy... But like any action movie.. The hero wins it all and the show continues...

Despite her exam today, she still went to Queensbay for movie and ice cream... Sure is a go lucky girl.. xD GOing out for another movie again on Friday!!! Yeah... xD

2 movies in one week

Just this week, I've watched 2 movies. Due to the split shift my manager gave me. I have a 3 hour break. I don't have enough time to go back home, what can I do in Queensbay? Worse thing is, I have such shift for another 4 days this week, that is Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday!!! Care to join me in Queensbay for a movie? xD

First one, was The Wedding Game.

Manage to ask Janet out to watch it with me on Wednesday (11/2/2009). She've watch the movie, but watch it again just simply because she promised me. THANKS!!! 3 hours time is hard to pass in Queensbay you know? Especially if you don't like to shop.

Failed to ask anyone out on Thursday (12/2/2009)... So, I roamed around Queensbay looking for Valentine's Day set. I manage to found 2 restaurant that offers such package only. Swesens, RM99 per couple, TGI Friday, RM65++ and lastly Manhattan Fish Market. Starting 4pm, stopping by every shop to see every friend I had working at Queensbay. Stopped and talk to them each time. At 6pm, followed Chern Shyang and Alfred to break. Then only I went back to work at 7pm.

On Friday (13/2/2009), managed to get Cheen Yee to watch Valkyrie with me.

xD She doesn't even know what is that movie about. Thanks again..

And then on Saturday its Valentines Day... I guess that's all

My Valentines Day? boring....

Love is in the air...

Yet I'm working my legs off... 10 hours shift... Seen countless of couples, flowers, chocolates, teddy bears... You name it. But then again, I do not have anyone to celebrate with me, just like the past 17 years... Oh well, I should at least give her a present. This is only the second one, I've ever bought in my life...

When I bought it, my superior, (Restaurant Manager) ask me who is it for... and smirk. Wishing to squeeze that information out of me.. xD But she failed

This year's present, I've given her 4 hours of my life and waited for 5 hours for her arrival... But yet again, she disappoints me.. (However, its not the first time) Despite that, I made the delivery at the eleventh hour. Felt so proud of myself. xD

On the second day, everyone at my work place asked me who is the 青蛙公主? Hahaha.. Now she got a new nickname... Especially my supervisor.. She kept popping up names. Is she Jing Ying? Is she the girl that watched movie with you the other day? Is she Shu Mei? She almost got it right. But she never actually seen her. That's why I wanted her to find me. But my manager thinks that's a very bad idea... Asking a girl to look for a guy on Valentines. Well, at least she had fun with Chia Chun on Valentines.

I've got many suggestions from different people on Valentines...
~ Where got people give a green plush for Valentines? It's a FROG some more!
My answer: She loves green mar... And she wants that frog

~ Buy chocolate or flowers are better lar...
My answer: Buy chocolates? You eat it, then it comes out as 'chocolate'... Then its flushed away and forgotten forever. Flowers? Real or fake ones? Real one: Some girls will dislike them, cause they believe your love will die just like the flowers. Fake ones: Some girls will think that your love is as fake as the flowers. So, tell me frog princess... do you like flowers?

At the end of the day, I have only one regrets... WHY IS MY BREAK TIME SO LATE? Sob... T_T Nestle was giving out free 100,000 free ice creams!!!! all cornetto ones!!! I guess that's how I celebrate my 18th years old Valentines...

Listened to the boring 6 hours 'undang'.

16th of December
Went to take the 'undang' test. I had it 2 weeks after listening, cause i had the Than Hsiang Camps in between. xD Therefore, didn't really spent time studying it.

I reached there about 8am. Lined up and got my number

Waited for almost 2 hours until it reaches my turn, luckily I met Hong Yong there. For first timers, pictures are taken as an record!!! Not for the L license!!! We have to prepare another passport size picture for the L license!!! WHat the? then why did we pay RM10 for? so that they can keep in the computer for record? I think I should charge them, Not they charge me!!! I pay people to keep my picture? Ridiculous...

When its my turn, the agent told me my Mycard was spoilt. Called my agent and head to Cemerlang learning centre, to get a 'Smart card' (not so smart actually)

It cost me RM20!!! and you can only claim it after you have finished all your test including the JPJ test. And then they'll only issue a RM13 cheque. the other Rm7 are charged as process fee. Totally ridiculous..

After entering the computer room. Started the test... Its not fun at all. Try to use all the time I have. Recheck and recheck and recheck again. Until I'm satisfied. I clicked the submit button... Mana tau... The result was 41/50!!!! FAILED!!! just 1 mark away... So pek chek.. bo huat lar...

I had my Undang Test again. Just 2 days after that failure. I've hide in the room and studied and studied, fallen asleep and studied again. xD That's just my way of studying.

That day, also reached there about 8am.

During our break time, waited at the hallway. And I saw this 2 girls giggling to a recording... Hmm.. I wonder what was it?

Saw both of them yesterday morning too!! xD

I've had 3 2hours practical!!!! Then my agent sign me up for the QTI!!! I was so nervous, I even forgot to buckle up before heading out. Luckily I still passed it.

Yesterday, was the big day!!! After 6 2 hours car lessons, what I've learned are put to the test. Got up at 7am, cook some instant noodles and head out at 8am. you won't believe the long line!!! It almost reaches the gate!!! We lined up to get our numbers.

Later Hooi Keat and Way Seong came to 'line up' in front of me. Then, when they made an announcement to check our registration number. Since that they need to check theirs, I asked them to check mine too, while i watch their place. And then a girl from the same agency as I am asked me to watch her place too while she check her name, She even offered to check mine. But I refuse cause i already asked Way Seong to help me check.

When they got back, I ask Hooi Keat what is my number. And you know what he said? He said: "My agent already told me my number, I just check my number and my name only." Ok... Nevermind... When Way Seong came back, I asked him the same question... He said:" Erm... Erm..." Then I asked him again, "Did you even check my number?" He answered gladly, "I did, just that i forgot". Ya right... As if he did... what did I aspect? Haiz... So I asked them to look after my place, and went to check my number. I totally forgot to wait for the girl to come back first!!! SORRY!! I only remember it when i saw her there. After checking my, Aaron's and Kar Wei's
number, I head back to the line. ANd only to saw Way Seong, Hooi Keat and Jia You talking out of the line!!! What the Hell? I told him to watch my Queve!!! Such friends...

My number was 53, Aaron's was 55 and etc... Met Wei Seong, Choong Tze, Hooi Keat, Jia You, Jing Liang, Hong Jie, Ghee Khon, Chen Aee and Wei Heng!!! Again!!! xD

I was first called to take the hill test and parking first, and Way Seong too... I was so nevous that i kept talking to Way Seong. xD but Way Seong was even worse. His hands were Cold!!! xD

After getting on the car, I only have one thing in mind. It's hot!!! turn the aircond on and tune the radio to Red FM!!! nice... xD

Finished the hill, parking and Tee junction perfectly. Passed it and then waited for my turn for this:

Now this is the tough part... they say the officer may be persuasive and ask you to do the wrong things. Like cutting the car in front, speed up at a speed limit zone and etc. Luckily I have the guys to talk to. That's when Aaron went to talk to Angela. xD regret that I didn't get a picture. My memory card was full. Haiz... After Hong Jie, I was one of the next ten people waiting in line.

I've finish my test at 12.30pm!!! Woo Hoo!!!! Yeah... Now that's what I'm talking about. I heard they only resumed after 2pm...

As a result... I've passed the Car test!!! and i can drive after i got my P license and the P stickers!!!! Yeah...

Christmas Eve Hotel Stay 2008!!! (24/12/08-25/12/08)

Last year, Wei Xiang organized a similar hotel stay. Just that, Wei Xiang booked a room at Gurney Hotel. I didn't joined them due to work. Sad isn't it? So, I don't wanna miss it this year!!! And here we are...

I was the first to reach G Hotel that day, which is about 11am. Sitting there beside an orange light for half an hour. Then Chia Wei shown up, followed by Kenny, Zuga and Hong Yong.

As usual, once the singing gods “歌神” are here... We will only be listeners.. But then again, It's an honor to be able to hear them sing before they become famous in the future!!! xD My stomach was growling, as we had skipped lunch to play in our room. When to Bread history for some bread.. My first luch without rice... sad... but still the breads are filling.

While we were singing, came in Redbox Santa!!! xD Yee Theng was so exited seeing he has a big big red bag on his hand. And immediately asked are there any gifts? And the santa said yes. Se puts her hand into the bag with doubt. But she pulled up something, and was happy with it...

However, we are not here to sing only, we also had another main event!!! Seng Zhi's birthday!! It's not exactly his birthday, but we're celebrating it earlier

After singing, went to have dinner at the Gurney foodcourt. But the guys went to CYC for a few rounds of games first... xD A must for them, everytime they're at Gurney. However, when we were eating. We spotted this:

Before heading down for the countdown... The guys had a hair doing session, and of course i've joined in

About 11.30PM, we all headed down for the countdown. We did not aspect much as snow spray are banned,

but... to our surprise, there are artificial snow in everyone's hand!! A car I spotted by the road... (actually, not me, the girls spotted it)

When we were down there, the girls wanted to walk around. It is super boring to stand on a spot and wait and talk!!! And so we did... walk walk walk... fearing strangers would spray us as we are heading to the cinema for a midnight movie after the countdown. Despite all the worrying, we were still sprayed with the snow. Jess was Sprayed the most... xD pity her. I've lost my tissue, if not i would have given her. After being sprayed on, they have finally satisfy walking around and we headed back to our spot in front of ghotel. And soon the time came!!!

3... 2... 1... And we all shouted Merry Christmas... Shouting... wishing each other... Hugging each other

after all that 'fun', we headed up to GSC while the girls go get their jacket before going back... We watched

Watching the whole show, I was looking at the dog breeds only, and trying to name them!!! xD sadly, I can only name a few. And was so disappointed there were no Huskys in Beverly Hills. Before the show ended, Jess was like: 'Kiss him!!! Kiss him' and I told her: 'Dogs don't kiss, they lick' Then she was cheering: 'Lick him! Lick him!' and they really lick. She let out a short scream... xD excited I guess or she has some serious mental problem. Which I doubted it. xD

When the movie ended, we were like Chiwawa... all the way out... trying to sing that chiwawa song. But we only know the chorus part. Which is, 'Chiwawa!!! Chiwawa' XD

When the movie finished... I went to the toilet, when we were out. Everyone was gone!!! SO sad... but i caught up with the girls and phone the guys to locate them. The guys were already outside as one of them were not feeling well. We walked and walked and walked. till the carpark and took the lift down. We ended up exiting the back door or Qurney Plaza!!! Oh well, since that we're out we might just walk a little further.

We passed by a playground, filled with youngsters sitting on the monkey bar talking and some smoking. Just like how you see it in the movies. And far away there were another gang of indians with numbers of bikes. As if they were waiting for something. But we managed to walk pass safely. And when we were near Ghotel, the girls are cheerful again. xD but still our journey is not finish...

When we enter Ghotel, the staff on duty asked us to show our room key. The girls have it with them but the guys have pass it to Lee Huai which already went up. Luckily the staff was reasonable and let us in anyway.

The guys were not asleep when we reached the room, which is almost 2.30am in the morning!!! imagine that!!! Some played PS2, some played cards and the others played Truth or Dare. It was hard to group them together and play Truth or Dare, they were not interested at all... Only the girls were sporting. When they chosen truth, there were not much question to ask about as some were unfamiliar with each other. Therefore, after some time we changed the rules. Once the bottle points at you, Its a dare!! We had some ridiculus dares...

For guys
Drink a solution combined with Pepsi, nescafe powder and fist smashed groundnuts

Kiss the glass and have your nose press on the glass for 10 seconds while others take a picture ()

Expose his underpants (which was not fulfilled)

Call a girl and wish her Merry Chirstmas

Arrange the shoes aside (she ended up using her feet)

After some time, It gets boring... and so all of us watch the guys play

Which is a horror game which Jay Sen was very afraid of. Jess wanted to watch but she was also afraid...

After the girls left their room, they played

Then we decided to have breakfast at 6am at Mc D. The girls went back their room around 5 something and get prepared, while the guys get into bed and sleep. When the girls arrive, only 5 men were standing, With me included... xD As some of the guys just went to bed, we postponed the breakfast to 7am. The girls waited for them to wake up and whan its 7am we postponed again to 8am!!! that's when the girls slept on the sofa. xD 8 am... the guys are awake and getting ready, but the girls are fast asleep. But we still left at 8am. ko lian them...

Due to my previous encounter at Mc D, during the morning they had the breakfast set. Which is totally awful and I hated it.... No soft drinks!!! No fries!!! How do you even call that McD? But that's the closest place to gt our breakfast. I followed along and had a banana pie and apple pie. Not bad actually, but definitely not worth it. And I had a ice cream for breakfast... Some breakfast har... xD

Worse Outing I've ever organised

After the Than Hsiang camp... We had a small reunion for Ai Xin Ge Jie (17/12/2008)... I guess we can;t call that a reunion. Not even one third of the people shown up.

I've invited almost every Ge Jie, as I do not have all of their numbers.

Our Ron dae Vo time was 11pm at the central zone under the big Christmas tree in Queensbay. When I first heard it, HUH? Is there even a tree this year? I thought there was only the stage for Asimo and Doraemon?

However, when we reached there we group up near the giant inflated Blue Robot Cat from the 'future'. Sadly not everyone is punctual, we waited and waited and waited... Then took a picture first... xD

After taking that picture, went up to the skating ring. Exchange 'cold jokes', before we went on and buy the movie tickets, that have failed to get everyone's agreement. But A choice needs to be done! Or the good seats will be taken! In the end, we watched the movie 'The day the Earth stood still'

Finally bought the ticket about 1 pm!! 8 tickets in total!!! and guess what? Zi Hao was left out... Cause he didn't inform me earlier. Not my fault... xD Jian Thyn shown up at 10 something. Zi Hao, Jih Wei and Yee Ying shown up about 11 something.

Just before the show starts, Jing Mei finally shown up. Now I regret didn't ask her for another picture... xD The movie was kinda... Typical I would say, the old storyboard. I guess I can't blame it, it is after all a sci fi from the 50s. After the movie, we walked a little

Then separate into 2 groups for dinner. One, went to Hong Kong Kim Gary Restaurant (Yee Ying, Jian Thyn, Zi Hao and Jih Wei) and the other went to Arena (Queensbay Foodcourt) (Me, Chin Seng, Jia Rong, Hui Jun and Jun Hsiang)

Went to play paintball at Bukit Gambir one day before the Than Hsiang Camp (3/12/08). Not a great timing, but then again I'm free that day. So, I guess its ok. For the others... I'll let the pictures talk

The Camp for 7-9 years old Primary School Student held in Than Hsiang Temple!!!

Of course, not as a camper but to take care of the little campers! It is held from 05/12/2008 to 07/12/2008. However, we must be there on the 4th of December 2008, a day earlier. So, that's why. Have fun when I'm in camp!!!
